Terms of Service

By installing or using CozyGames (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

In-app purchases

• The App offers a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks premium content (additional levels and the undo feature in card games).
• The price displayed at the moment of purchase prevails; taxes may be added by Google Play.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and routed through our payment processor RevenueCat. We do not receive your name, email, or payment-card data.
• You may restore previously made purchases on a new device or after reinstalling the App by tapping Restore purchase in Settings while signed in to the same Google account.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under their refund policy. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

Account and data

The App does not require an account. Game progress, settings and entitlement status are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to bypass the in-app purchase mechanism, not to interfere with or disrupt the App or its underlying services, and not to use the App in a way that violates Google Play’s terms.

Intellectual property

All content within the App — including artwork, sounds, code, and game design — is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The App’s name, logo and icons are trademarks of the developer.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the in-app purchase, if any.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, unless your local consumer protection law grants you stronger rights.
